Privacy Policy

1. Scope and our role
This Privacy Policy explains how LiquidAuto handles personal information in connection with liquidauto.co, app.liquidauto.co, our demos, and our AI front-office services for automotive businesses.
When a dealership or service center uses LiquidAuto to communicate with you, we process information on that business’s behalf under its instructions. That business determines how customer information is used for its services, and its own privacy notice also applies. Contact that business about its records or communications; you can also contact us for help directing your request.
2. Information we collect
- Contact and account information: names, email addresses, phone numbers, business details, account credentials, and communications you provide.
- Calls, texts, and chat: message content, call metadata, and, where enabled and subject to required notices and consent, recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries.
- Vehicle and service information: VINs, vehicle details, appointment requests, service history, and information supplied through connected dealership, CRM, DMS, or scheduling systems.
- Technical information: IP addresses, device and browser information, page visits, cookies, usage events, and logs used to operate the service and prevent abuse.
- Business transactions: subscription, billing-contact, and payment-status information associated with a business’s service agreement.
Please do not submit payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through demos or general chat.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and support the service; answer and route calls and messages; coordinate appointments; create conversation summaries; connect authorized business systems; manage accounts and billing; diagnose problems; improve service performance; prevent fraud and abuse; and meet legal obligations. We also use website activity to measure marketing performance and communicate with people who request information or demos.
AI features process the information supplied to them to generate responses, summaries, and suggested actions. The information available to those features depends on the business’s configuration and integrations.
4. How information is shared
Information may be shared with the dealership or service center involved in your interaction, its authorized users and connected systems, and providers that support hosting, storage, AI processing, communications, scheduling, support, and payments. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable requirements.
Mobile information and messaging consent: Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. They may be shared with providers that help deliver and support the messaging service, or when legally required. This restriction also applies to the sharing described elsewhere in this policy.
5. Cookies, advertising, and third-party tools
Our marketing website uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and advertising performance. It can send browser and visit information to Meta, which may associate that activity with other information it holds and use it for advertising. Depending on where you live, this activity may be considered sharing for targeted advertising under privacy law.
The website also uses third-party services for demo scheduling, fonts, and QR-code delivery. Those services receive technical information when your browser connects to them, and their own privacy policies apply. You can manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through the relevant provider. Blocking cookies or third-party requests may affect some features. Contact us to request an applicable opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
6. Calls and text-message choices
Requesting a demo call or text authorizes the specific communication you request; it does not by itself enroll you in unrelated marketing. For texts, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact team@liquidauto.co. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your requests and the program you joined. Consent to promotional messages is not a condition of purchase.
For dealership communications, you can also contact the dealership directly. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary account or service notices through other permitted channels.
7. Retention and security
Retention depends on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, customer agreements, account settings, and applicable legal requirements. Records may need to be retained to resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or maintain security and opt-out records. For information processed on a dealership’s behalf, contact that business about its retention and deletion instructions.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Keep account credentials private and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Your privacy requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Send requests to team@liquidauto.co. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting. Some information may be exempt from deletion or other requests. If a request is declined, you can contact the same address to ask for a review or appeal, where available. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.
9. International use and children
LiquidAuto and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Applicable transfer requirements and customer agreements govern that processing.
Our business services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
For privacy questions or requests, contact LiquidAuto at team@liquidauto.co.
